The 90-Night Guarantee

Sleep on it. Literally. Take Selene every night for 90 nights. If it hasn't earned its place on your nightstand, email us and we'll refund what you paid.

What's covered

  • Every Selene order placed in your first 90 nights, whether you bought one bottle, three bottles, or subscribed monthly. On a monthly subscription that means up to three deliveries.
  • The full product price of those orders. Shipping charges are not refunded.

How it works

  1. Take Selene as directed, two capsules 30 minutes before bed, every night for 90 nights. A nervous system that has been on high alert for years settles gradually, and 90 nights is how long we ask you to give it.
  2. If by night 90 you don't feel it has worked for you, email support@takeselene.com with your order number between night 90 and night 100 (days 91 to 100 after your first order was delivered). Tell us in a sentence or two how it went. 
  3. We'll confirm by email, cancel any active subscription, and refund the product price of your first-90-night orders to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You don't need to send anything back. Keep or recycle the bottles.


  • One guarantee refund per customer and per household. The guarantee applies to your first Selene purchase; later orders are not covered.
  • Claims must be made within the night 90 to night 100 window. Earlier claims can't be assessed because you won't have completed the 90 nights; later claims are outside the guarantee.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method only.
  • Subscription renewals placed after night 90 are not covered by the guarantee. You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your confirmation email, so nothing renews that you don't want.
  • We reserve the right to decline claims that appear to abuse the guarantee, such as multiple accounts or resold product.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund straight away. This is separate from the 90-Night Guarantee and has no waiting period.

Changed your mind before opening?

Unopened bottles in their original seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first for the return address. Return postage is at your cost.

Cancelling a subscription

Use the manage-subscription link in your confirmation email to pause, skip or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future deliveries; it doesn't refund deliveries already made unless they fall under the 90-Night Guarantee above.
